How does one describe the sound of The Shins? I don't know, but whatever it is, it's good. It works for me, even if its the kind of stuff that you have to really play over and over to appreciate. I'm sure they sound great in person. They'll be at Amoeba Music (Hollywood) this Friday. Too bad I can't make it
I was honestly hoping for "Phantom Limb". This song is good to though.
